Membership Terms
• Home Refresh Visits include up to one (1) labor hour and are intended for light cleaning and home maintenance tasks.
• Unused Home Refresh Visits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used at the enrolled service address.
• Unused credits and membership benefits have no cash value and are non refundable.
• Emergency and same-day services are subject to scheduling availability.
• Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
• All services are available with or without a membership.
